150g Cheese – you can use blue cheese or Brie cheese, depending on your taste

3 tablespoons sour cream

50 almonds

1 tablespoon olive oil


Pears (4 pieces) Peel, cut to the inside halves and seeded them carved. Filled with the mixture of the cheese (150 g), the sour cream and the parsley, and bake in greased baking dish to gold. When slightly cooled, sprinkle with plenty of pieces of almonds (50 g).

Banana Cheesecake


As the cheesecake is easy to prepare and is very delicious now I will suggest you another recipe – Banana cheesecake. It is not popular, but I think that it is really good.

  • banana cheesecake2 packs tea biscuits (It is better to be oat biscuits with less sugar added);
  • 125 g butter;
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
  • 400g cream cheese (you can use Mascarpone for better result.
  • A whole package (small 200g) sour cream
  • Honey – 3 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt (if you put Mascarpone may be 3 or 4);
  • 3 bananas
  • 3 spoons brown sugar

How to prepare actually:

For the cake – mix cookies that you made prior to the crumbs together with melted butter and cinnamon. Pour into a round baking dish (preferably round, but you decide to).

Mix the cream with a mixer (for the convenience of hands) -cream cheese (mascarpone), honey, yogurt and sour cream. The idea is to become not very liquid, but not very hard cream. Place it on the top of the cake.

For the banana jam – mix the brown sugar with a tea cup of water and boil it for a couple of minutes. Cut the bananas in wheels and cook them in the sweet water. When the syrup get thick the banana jam is ready.

Put it on the top of the Cheesecake and cool it in the fridge for a 2-3 hours :)

Appetizer for Wine

I will now introduce you very light meal, comfortable to consume with wine!

Appetizer for wine

For 2 people:

  • 2 big tomatoes
  • 2 apples
  • 300g low fat cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • parsley


Wash the apples and the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes in slices. You need to make the form of small donuts / pretzels / .

Cut the apples the same way with a whole in the middle of the slices.

Cut the cheese in slices.

In a pan, with teflon covered, put the cheese on the bottom. Than covered the cheese slices with tomato slices, and than the apples. If you want you can make a couple of rows in the pan. It is important to keep the whole of the slices empty.

Beat the eggs and add some salt and the parsley. Fill the wholes with the eggs. After they are filled enough bake for 15-20 minutes in prepared oven.
