• 200g rye / for cooking and sprouting
  • rye salad1 large tomato
  • 6 crab rolls
  • 2 eggs

For the dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Half a pack soy mayonnaise
  • Parsley


Wash and boil the rye. Boil the eggs. Chopped the tomatoes, crab sticks and eggs.In a bowl put all ingredients: rye, tomatoes, crab sticks and eggs. Pour on the top with a dressing of mayonnaise,mustard and parsley.

Serve it with some lemon juice.
