Products:
- 200g rye / for cooking and sprouting
1 large tomato- 6 crab rolls
- 2 eggs
For the dressing:
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Half a pack soy mayonnaise
- Parsley
Preparation:
Wash and boil the rye. Boil the eggs. Chopped the tomatoes, crab sticks and eggs.In a bowl put all ingredients: rye, tomatoes, crab sticks and eggs. Pour on the top with a dressing of mayonnaise,mustard and parsley.
Serve it with some lemon juice.
